Shipping policy

We ship Hills Hats throughout New Zealand and worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Made-to-order, custom and personalised hats may require additional time. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process.

New Zealand Shipping

Most New Zealand orders are sent via courier, with PO Box deliveries sent through NZ Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

A signature may be required on delivery, so where possible we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive your order.

Hills Hats is not responsible for customs clearance or delays caused by customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you are unsure what charges may apply.

Split Orders

If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss the available options. Depending on the circumstances, this may include waiting for the complete order, arranging a separate shipment at an additional cost, or cancelling the unavailable item.
