The Southern Tech is made from Hydrotex a waterproof and windproof fabric. It features a structured wide brim hat with side mesh windows and chin cord with toggle & keeper. The ‘Sport-X-Dry’ lining and soft sweatband are designed to be breathable, wickable, and antibacterial. Similar to our Stewart Island but with a wider brim. Approx 7cm brim.

How to measure your head

  1. Take a tape measure, or you can use a piece of non-stretch string and then measure that afterwards.
  2. Wrap the tape around the circumference of your head; above the ears and across the middle of the forehead, roughly where you would comfortably sit a hat.
  3. Make sure it is not too tight or your hat will give you a migraine!
  4. Record the measurement in cm’s (this is what we use for made-to-order hats such as fur felts) or have a look in the size chart above for your standard size.
