A traditional rabbit fur felt top hat is a classic and iconic piece of formal headwear. Can be made with straight or tapered sides. The crown height is 14cm.

Finished off with a leather sweatband and satin lining.  Felts come trimmed with matching coloured ribbon as standard. Sizes 62cm+ can only be made with straight sides.

How to measure your head

  1. Take a tape measure, or you can use a piece of non-stretch string and then measure that afterwards.
  2. Wrap the tape around the circumference of your head; above the ears and across the middle of the forehead, roughly where you would comfortably sit a hat.
  3. Make sure it is not too tight or your hat will give you a migraine!
  4. Record the measurement in cm’s (this is what we use for made-to-order hats such as fur felts) or have a look in the size chart above for your standard size.
