On opening your hat, punch out the crown, pull the brim, don’t be precious. You can steam iron the brim and add some steam to the crown to help shape it. It’s a roller hat, once it’s opened and the more you wear it, it will fall into place.

How to measure your head

  1. Take a tape measure, or you can use a piece of non-stretch string and then measure that afterwards.
  2. Wrap the tape around the circumference of your head; above the ears and across the middle of the forehead, roughly where you would comfortably sit a hat.
  3. Make sure it is not too tight or your hat will give you a migraine!
  4. Record the measurement in cm’s (this is what we use for made-to-order hats such as fur felts) or have a look in the size chart above for your standard size.
